These Terms govern your use of the Racked mobile app (“Racked”, “the app”), operated by Lili Janine Ong, trading as Songer Technologies (“Songer Technologies”, “we”, “us”). By using Racked you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Racked does
Racked lets you import a publicly shared workout video from a third-party platform (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) by its link, and uses automated AI processing to turn it into a structured, editable workout routine you can save, edit, and track.
2. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate
The structured routine is produced by automated models from video frames and audio. It may be incomplete, wrong, or misinterpret the original video. Always review and correct an imported routine before relying on it. Racked surfaces a confidence indicator and an editor for this reason; the final routine is your responsibility.
3. Not medical or fitness advice
Racked is an organizational tool, not a coach or a medical service. Nothing in the app is medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Exercise carries inherent risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise program. You use routines, weights, and exercises at your own risk.
4. Third-party content and your responsibilities
- The videos you import are created and owned by third parties and hosted on third-party platforms. Their content is subject to their terms and copyrights, not ours.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and use the content you submit, and for complying with the source platform’s terms of service.
- Do not use Racked to import or process content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you are not permitted to access.
- Racked accesses only publicly available content you explicitly choose to import. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any source platform.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the parsing backend, usage limits, or app-integrity (App Attest) protections;
- automate, script, scrape, or bulk-submit imports;
- reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing service on our infrastructure;
- use the app to violate any law or any third party’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate access that abuses the service or these Terms, including to protect the shared processing budget from abuse.
6. Accounts
Racked works without an account (an anonymous local identity is created automatically). You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google to back up and sync your data. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings → Delete account & all data; this is permanent. Racked uses anonymous, privacy-light usage analytics and crash reporting to improve the app — no content, no advertising, no cross-app tracking — which you can turn off in Settings → Privacy. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what data is processed.
7. Subscriptions (Racked Pro)
- Racked includes a free tier (a fixed number of lifetime imports). Racked Pro removes the import limit. The only thing Pro changes is import volume — all other features are free.
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID at the price shown in the app at purchase. It renews until you cancel.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms; we do not process payments and generally cannot issue refunds — contact Apple for billing/refund requests.
- We may change pricing or plan structure prospectively; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights to the routines and content you create or save in Racked. We own the app, its branding, and its backend, excluding third-party and open-source components, which remain under their respective licenses (open-source attributions available on request at hello@songertech.com). We do not claim ownership of the original third-party videos.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Racked is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for any injury or loss arising from exercise or reliance on AI-generated routines, or for loss of data; and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves and will revise the effective date. Material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
